Ted Stein, is the President and CEO, of The Stonepath Group, Inc., and co-founder and President of Stonepath Partners.

Having previously served as President and CEO of venture-funded start-ups and turnarounds, Ted's extensive experience in working with investor boards provides a unique insight to client organizations.  Ted has most recently served as President, CEO and Board member of Inveshare. Ted was also the President and CEO of Financial Marketing, Inc. and American Payroll Centers, Inc. two portfolio companies of The Palmer Group, a private investment company. Both companies were sold at significant multiples to ADP, Inc. and Zurich Ventures respectively. Previously, Ted was President of Technology Specialist, Inc. which was sold to Collegis, Inc. and is now a subsidiary of Sungard, Inc.

Ted currently serves on the boards of Global Compliance Services (formerly Pinkerton Compliance Services), American Payroll Centers, Blue Marble Logistics, Medical Consultants of America and American Education Centers Foundation. Ted was co-founder of the ApplicationDevelopmentCenter, now theInformationTechnologyBusinessCenter, an activity of theUniversity CityScienceCenter and theBenFranklinTechnologyCenter, where dozens of early stage technology start-ups were funded. The UCSC is an activity of theUniversity ofPennsylvania.

Prior to joining Fox-Morris, Allen was the Director of Recruiting for TAC Worldwide, the largest global staffing and consulting company on the Forbes 500 list specializing in Information Technology, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, and Wireless Telecommunications.
