Based on our research and recommendation, the Board of Directors then asked us to help create a strategic sales and marketing plan, create a detailed report and competitive analysis of the market landscape, create and developed an incentive based Compensation Program, and design and create a Sales organization for the Company. We recommended and facilitated the outsourcing of the marketing function and developed a plan to conduct out-bound telephone research to gain qualified leads and valuable competitive research.
Stonepath Partners also played an integral role in the changing of the Company name in support of developing the brand, as part of the marketing strategy.
Stonepath Partners was retained by the Board of Directors to complete a comprehensive analysis of the Company’s Executive, Sales and Management Teams. Based on our Organizational Assessment and Recommendations, we then executed and completed a detailed search and recruitment process to augment a complementary profile to the existing team that resulted in the successful placement and hiring of the Chief Executive Officer and augmenting the Executive Team.
