Program Overview:

A dedicated Project Management Team is accountable for the success of the project and the Company's satisfaction at every stage of the relationship.  The entire program is created to ensure consistency of service and delivery. Your project team will be comprised of a dedicated Project Manager, and a project team comprised of senior staffing consultant(s), a dedicated research team, and direct sourcer(s), aligned to the Company's specific competencies, industries, target areas, and regions.

Each team will have an industry-specific recruiting focus with reach to extend into particular vertical markets; this leverages relationships and industry knowledge. As applicable and authorized, we will employ supplemental means of recruitment that may include advertising, events, and more. We conduct regularly scheduled forums for customer communication, schedule reviews of deliverables and service quality, and develop customized reporting to meet the Company's information needs.

Using our proprietary methodology, we customize the talent acquisition process for your business.

Engagements begin with a review of the request to fully identify required skills, capabilities, and fit factors.

Meetings are held with hiring managers and your internal recruiters, staffing consultants and the RPO partner to conduct intensive due diligence and develop greater insight into the perfect candidate.
